Mat Pilates Plus:    Mat Pilates with the use of accessories such as Swiss ball, rubber band, light weights, fitness circle, and rollers. Focusing on strength and muscle definition, especially the abdominal area, along with developing and improving flexibility, balance and posture.

This class focuses on the flexibility of the joints, protection of the bone structure, enhancement of concentration, improving posture and provision of functional exercises to facilitate easier performance of the daily tasks.

Mat work Abdominal Blast :   These ultimate workout was created to intensify and challenge the core strength, endurance and function.

 

Matwork Global:     A well round, mix levels Pilates Matwork workout focusing on the basic principles to improve strength and muscle definition, especially the abdominal area, along with developing and improving flexibility and posture.

 

Pre-Natal Pilates:     To practice pilates during pregnancy has many benefits such as:

            A stronger transverse abdominis, which helps prevent diastasis recti;

            A stronger connection to the pelvic floor muscles helps you to have a safe spine throughout the entire pregnancy as well as decreasing the POST PARTUM recovery time;

            Better breath control helps to decrease diaphragm compression to the fetus.

            Less discomfort due to muscle & skeletal imbalances;

            A quicker recovery & return to the pre-pregnancy body.
