Weekly Class Time tables
To create the best experience for yourself and others, the following rules are enforced at the studio. These are standard requirements in small studios and are vital for the good function of the studio and those who use it. We appreciate your understanding and respect for your fellow members.
You must check in at the Front Desk before entering the studio for class even if you have reserved a space in advance. All sessions must be paid in advance.
On your first visit, you will be required to fill out a new member’s registration/ waiver form. Please be sure to sign the waiver and indicate any physical injuries or special health conditions that may require our attention.
Tell your instructor about any injuries. This will help the instructor know how to adjust you or show you a modified pose or exercise if necessary.
Please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class time. At the class start time, we reserve the right to give late comers’ spots to clients who are present in the studio on standby waiting for an available space. In case you are late by less than 10 minutes and space is still available, the Front Desk will allow you to enter the class.
Latecomers by more than 10 minutes will not be permitted to enter the session regardless of space availability.
Booking & Cancellation Policies:
Reservations for private sessions and group classes can be made in person or via telephone with the reception. To ensure availability, pre-registering is strongly encouraged. To avoid being charged for sessions not attended, clients must provide a full 24-hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. This applies to group MAT classes, group REFORMER classes as well as Private & Semi-Private sessions. We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your session. However, this policy is vital for the good functioning of the studio, the trainers and wait-listed clients. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.

Enabling us to reallocate the place to a person on the waiting list. Our training sessions are often over-subscribed and your place usually will be filled by another customer.
When EQUILIBRIUM cancels a training session that you have paid to attend, we will offer you a full refund (or a credit transfer for a future session). Full advice on refunds/credits will be provided at the time of cancellation.
Ultimately, advance payment reserves you the right to have a time for training either privately or in groups. By just dropping or walking in you will take your chance that you may not be able to participate for that training session.
Equilibrium is committed to provide high quality training to all its customers and that’s why we prefer you to book and pay in advance for your training sessions. We recognize that on occasions customers will book onto training sessions and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In these situations we ask that customers notify us of their need to cancel their booking a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Similarly, EQUILIBRIUM will always aim to run training sessions once customers have booked onto them, however on occasions EQUILIBRIUM will find it necessary to cancel training sessions and when this need arises we are committed to taking positive steps to alert you to the cancellation as soon as possible either by phone and/or email. EQUILIBRIUM reserves the right to modify or cancel any training session if unforeseen circumstances arise but we will do our utmost to avoid doing so.
The information below outlines the general policies & protocol we intend to enforce
EQUILIBRIUM does not offer refunds except in the event you are deemed medically unfit to participate in any of our Pilates or fitness classes or Yoga for the foreseeable future, in which case you will receive a refund for your pack, less BD.9 administrative costs.
Packages are individually bought and not shared between different people. In the event you cannot anymore attend the classes, we will accept to transfer your remaining sessions to the person of your choice once he/she has duly filled in the new members’ policy & waiver forms. This can only be done once and the management reserves the right to decline such requests at its own discretion.
Are your sessions about to expire?
Simply purchase another pack of the same type of sessions and we will extend the expiration date on your old sessions to the expiration date on your new pack. Remember, once your sessions expire you cannot use them or extend them. So buy your next pack and let the Front Desk know you wish to extend your past package before the old ones expire. It’s that easy.
EQUILIBRIUM does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage caused to any items, valuables or personal belongings brought into the club, and members do so at their own risk.
