Equipment Basic: This class gives you a preview of what to expect in an Equipment class. The Basic reviews the principles of Pilates and introduces you to this exciting and fun equipment. The session will tone muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating total-body workout.
*It is essential you complete a minimum of five Mat I Pilates. Equipment I: For beginning students.

Equipment II: For intermediate and advanced students.

Equipment Athletic: This class focuses on enhancing and improving athletic performance throughout a well rounded Pilates workout and to help to prevent injuries.
Equipment Circuit: A well round High-intensity Interval training focusing on improving the cardiovascular and muscular condition.
Equipment Body Blast (with TRX®): Focus on Agility, Strength, and Endurance
Fitness: These training sessions are perfect for those who want to lose weight safely and effectively without putting any stress on the joints. With a unique and effective combination of Pilates and aerobic conditioning, this fun workout will slim and tone your entire body.
Exercises are combined in innovative and powerful sequences to enhance the body’s fat burning capacity.
****It is essential that you complete a minimum of any ten Equipment classes prior to enrolling in Reformer weight loss training sessions.
