This small group equipment classes utilize the primary Pilates apparatus: Reformers, Towers and Chairs. The spring resistance of this specialized equipment provides a challenge ,bone strengthening endurance workout building power and strength. Best of all, the equipment is easily customized for the user which allows individuals to work at an appropriate fitness level. Visible results can be seen after regular sessions.
