Grew Up In Brazil As A Ballet, Jazz Dancer, Studied Physical Education In Both NY And Hawaii USA And Worked In Both States Till 1998.
Moved To Saudi Arabia With Her Newlywed Husband, EQUILIBRIUM CEO Fady Kabalaoui Where She Developed, “The Dance Jazz Company” A Program Dedicated To Teach Both The Children And Teens, General Fitness, Jazz, Ballet Dance.
She Also Taught Fitness Classes And Dance For The High School Students At The Dhahran Academy, Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.
She Received Her AFAA In Group Fitness And Pilates Mat (Mat Science At The Time) Through AFAA In 2000. And Integrated All Her Classes With Introducing And Teaching The Basic Science Of Pilates.
Once The Family Moved To Bahrain In 2004, She Ran Her Own Dance And Fitness Programs For Both Children To Teens At World Beat Fitness Center Along With Teaching A Multiple Aerobics, Mat And Ball Pilates Classes From 2004 To 2010.
In 2011 Patricia Made A Decision Of Creating Her Dream Studio And Offers Her Expertise And Knowledge To The Beloved Bahrain.
She And Her Husband Embarked On Founding Equilibrium, Equipped It With The State Of The Art Equipment, Recruited Top Notch Trainers And Led The Studio To Whatever It Is Now.
Presently Patricia Is Adding To Her Broad Experience And Certification The GYROTONIC® Certification And Will Introduce The Pertinent Classes And Training In Equilibrium For The First Time In The Middle East.
